The foundation of art remains the artists themselves: the conversations they are creating with each other, with art of the past, and with the wider world.
And so BHQFU is an effort to encourage and expand the actual foundation of art. Its purpose is to create new communion between artists, to develop and deepen the exchange artists have with their work and each other.
