Sterling and Six

Sterling and Six' mission is to make furniture and craft that is not only sustainable for our environment, but inspired by and productive for our environment.

Jack Garrity studied architecture and art at Connecticut College through 2013. He worked in construction in Boston, MA before attending the Career Discovery program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design in Cambridge, MA. His experience in design and construction forged his desire to throw himself into the fine detail of furniture craft in the Fall of 2014 and move to Brooklyn, NY. His training has involved working for two of the premier furniture makers in Brooklyn as a woodworker and a finisher.

He believes the best way to learn is by doing.
